GETS AN IDENTITY
I’ve been a huge fan of R2-D2 for many years, so when I bumped into Stop & Shop’s mysterious robot in 2023 I was very intrigued.
I felt that Marty the robot lacked a backstory so I created one — on Instagram. With a little help from AI, I've been Photoshopping Marty into scenes and stories for the last two years while remaining anonymous.
The Instagram page was included in Marty’s recent Boston Magazine profile.
